How do I know what my watch actually needs?
We start with an inspection before quoting anything. You'll receive a plain account of what we found and what we'd suggest. There's no obligation to go ahead with any work, and the inspection findings are yours to keep.
How long does a typical service take?
A water-resistance reseal usually takes 3–5 working days. Movement cleaning runs 7–14 days depending on condition. Case refinishing is a staged job; we agree timelines at intake and keep you updated if anything shifts.
Do you service all watch brands and types?
We work on the majority of mechanical, quartz, and automatic movements — including divers' pieces, dress watches, and older pocket watches. If a job falls outside what we can handle, we'll say so clearly at inspection rather than taking it on.
What are the prices and are they fixed?
Our service prices start at ฿3,800 for a water-resistance reseal, ฿12,400 for movement cleaning and regulation, and ฿31,000 for a full case refinish and rebuild. If additional work is needed beyond the initial quote, we discuss it with you before proceeding.
Can I drop off without an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during workshop hours. That said, calling ahead means we can give the intake more time and attention. If you're travelling from outside Khon Kaen, it's worth confirming availability first.
How is my watch kept secure while in your care?
Each piece is logged in with a reference number on intake. It stays on the premises throughout the job. You'll receive a receipt on drop-off listing the item description and agreed scope of work.
